How do I return my product(s)?

You can return your online order free of charge in Greece within 14 working days of receiving your order. When returning your online order, choose one of the drop off points from the carrier that originally delivered it.

Can I exchange my product(s)?

We can’t exchange products you ordered online and had delivered to your preferred delivery address. However, you can refuse delivery or return unwanted products for a refund, and then place a new order.

I returned my order, how long will my refund take?

Please allow us 14 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed.

Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund.
